Uninstallation failed. Unable to locate Sophos UI MSI

Hello,

My company is using Sophos Central.

I have a problem with uninstallation Sophos Endpoint Protection on my device.

    as you've followed Jak's suggestion (BTW: why did you not post in the Cetral forum?) and set the Logging value - did you again attempt to uninstall and check the log created?

    The main problem is that Sophos can't be updated.

    Yes, I did that...two times. Log looks fine.

    Uninstall Sophos >  Install again >  15 minutes I'm looking at Security Health on Sophos Central and waiting for Services to start, but Sophos Network Threat Protection never start again, and I can't start it from local.

    High Alert - Failed to protect computer.

    Action - Reinstall Endpoint Protection

    Log looks fine
    I thought that the UI uninstall failed.

    Install again
    seemingly with success but the it reports failed? I'm not familiar with the Central install behaviour
    so unfortunately I can't say which log you should check. As said, the "other" forum is probably the better place (once you have joined it you should be able to moce this thread there).
