Sophos Endpoint - Update Fail!

Buenas tardes:

Estamos instalando sophos endpoint en los clientes finales, al terminar la instalacion sophos indica el siguiente error:

 

Agent Update Status:Update Failed.

 

Dias anteriores habia problemas con la conexion al servidor, actualmente habrá un problema con las actualizaciones?

    Hi,

    The MCSClient log (community.sophos.com/.../119626) and SophosUpdate log (C:\ProgramData\Sophos\AutoUpdate\logs\) should help here.

    Has the client registered and obtained an updating policy?  If you search the SophosUpdate.log file for Username, do you see a username?  HTTP errors getting policy maybe.  If you checking a working client's SophosUpdate.log for username you should see the difference.
