Sophos antivirus multiple versions installed and severall services stopped or missing

Hi, i have a problem with one compueter and Endpoint advanced 11.5.4

Cant finish installation correctly. This message appear at the end of installacion: Sophos Endpoint Security and Control has been installed.
An internet connection is required for registration, updates and configuration.

After reboot, in Endpoint Self Help:

Installed components:

Sophos antivirus - Multiple versions installed: V. 10.7.1.32

Services:

Sophos Antivirus Service: missing

Sophos Antivirus Status Reporter: missing

Sophos Web Intelligence: Missing

Sophos Device Control: Stoppped

Sophos Web Control: Stopped

Hi Javier,

Are you facing this issue on any other machine? Please try uninstalling Sophos Endpoint client and install the fresh copy again. Refer to this article How to remove Sophos Endpoint Security and Control from client computers.
