I also read the other link you suggest to me (Managing your software subscriptions in Enterprise Console. ) but neither this was useful.

I add on my upgrade subscription also the older versions. I found another folder of SAVXP but when I go to install this in the PC at the end I get an error:" Installazione di SAVXP non riuscita: MSI non è riuscito"

Hello RobertoUgolini,

trial and error isn't the most efficient method for solving install/uninstall errors. It's better to check the MSI logs, they should help to find the cause of the failure. If necessary please post the relevant part here.

this one is easy - the errors just tell that no competitor product has been found.

the actual error is "somewhere above", the 1704 just starts the summary and Properties dump.
Any other logs (in your or the system temp) the from this run? The sauconf.xml is an optional file in the CID.

OMG! I can't believe that: the problem was simply that the installer can't unistall the "competitor" software (just because no other software was installed!!). I did't check this box during the installation.... and everything is ok now.
