Windows 10 Defender and Sophos Endpoint error

Hi,

I have trouble with 3 computers which uses Windows 10 and Windows Defender. I am unable to successfully install Sophos Endpoint. The error is at the CRT level. It asks for a reboot, and after the reboot, nothings seems to work. The Sophos Endpoint is installed, but not active. I have tried to remove Windows Defender via msiexec /x, unsuccessfully as I think it is built-in Windows. If you need any additional information, I will give you what you need.
