For future reverence. Could not find the answer to this anywhere. So it took me quite a while troubleshooting this with over 372 GPO settings :smileysurprised:
If you get there error:
Sophos AutoUpdate -- Error 3051.An error occurred while trying to create the user account 'SophosSAUComputer0'. System error: 5. Contact your support personnel.
You should check the GPO setting:
User Account Control: Detect application installations and prompt for elevation.
If set to Disabled, Sophos AutoUpdate installation will fail.
If set to Not Configured or Enabled installation works fine.
