installing Intercept-X questions

I have the latest endpoint protection client installed and everything was working OK.

I then installed the Intercept-X component and now after a reboot the HitmanPro Alert service has stopped working.

Has anyone come across this?

Also how can I tell Intercept-X is installed as the there are still 15 Sophos security services as before.
