Contact your administrator or see Sophos KBA 119175

I have been trying to uninstall Sophos but have been met with several hoops to jump through. So far the community support has been great with advice that worked. However, I have run into an issue that I can't seem to fix even with reading FAQ.

After clicking on uninstall, the dialogue box reads, "You must diable Sophos Tamper Protection before you continue. Contact your administrator or see Sophos KBA 119175." I have went into the program to disable it but the selection is grayed out. There is a place just below that icon that says authenticate user but requires a password given by someone from Sophos. I need your help.
