English - trying to uninstall getting Error 3005, Followed instructions still a problem - please help

I am trying to uninstall the SOPHOS Virus protection but Unable to do so.  Getting an Error 3005.  Have followed instructions to add user to Sophos administrator but still and getting the Error 3005.  I am a user on Windows 7...  The antivirus is running but the virus files have expired.

Need help to disable SOPHOS and uninstall it.
