I'm getting something strange on my corporate laptops starting around Feb 14th. After some extensive testing it looks like the susservice for whatever reason is changing our PPTP settings for the WAN miniport to L2TP and it's failing (of course) trying to connect. We know it's that service because we completely rebuilt a computer and slowly installed our other softare one by one testing VPN inbetween.. once we installed sophos it made the change and the machine was unable to vpn anymore. The only fix was to disable sophos
We have a ticket open with them now and I'm gathering logs... just wanted to see if anyone has run into this.

Sorry, should note.. it's windows XP sp3 32bit machines which are Lenovo T series.
