Win7 Firewall Notifications in System Tray

Does anybody know of a way to disable the Sophos Firewall notifications in the system tray on Win7 globally? I know how to do it on each machine, and I know you can do System notifications via Group Policy, but not third party software. I was hoping to do this globally. We have the firewall installed but currently allow all traffic due to several other firewalls that are in place.

    Are you referring to the Firewall Disabled notification?

    In Advanced firewall policy ... tab General, Primary location: uncheck Allow all traffic and click Configure ..., under tab General there's a section named Desktop messaging - uncheck both boxes (by default only Show warnings and errors is checked). Click Ok, then re-check Allow all traffic and follow the steps to complete editing the policy.
