EM:- the procedure entry point EncodePointer could not be located in the dynamic link library by KERNEL32.dll when trying to install Sophos.

I am currently running a server with Server 2000 SP4, it currently has ESET NOD32 installed.

I have not removed it yet looking to uninstall it once Sophos is installed on it. I know its an old OS but it will just used as a temporary solution but needs anti virus installed on it. When trying to run endpoint installation on this server have this problem as below:-

(ALUPDATE.exe Entry Point Not Found)      

Received EM:-   the procedure entry point EncodePointer could not be located in the dynamic link library by KERNEL32.dll   when trying to install Sophos.

We are currently using Endpoint Version 10.3,

any help or advice would be appreciated.
