Windows 7 patching issue

Hi,

Due to patching issue as per kb 135504, is this issue can be resolved by installing from Sophos Cloud and apply patch to all affected machine?

With the patch updates, it will resolve the boot issue. Please check this thread for more information.

hi shweta,

thank you for reply. I have done this. And however there's another error coming up.

"installer encountered an error; 0x800704724 the spesific services does not exist as an installed services"

Would you please check under the installation logs under the temp folder for the specific error?
