Updating issue in SEC ?

Hi,

I am having an issue where the systems are showing as up to date on the local machine, but in the Sophos Enterprise Console it shows not up to date since ( around 3-4 hours ago)
What could be the issue ?

 

For example :

On the system : Up to date with current time i.e 7pm

In the Enterprise Console : Up to date Not since 19/9/19 3pm ( Last time package became available 2pm)

Why is it showing not updated since X time  when locally it is updated.

    What is the updating interval for your updating policy for endpoints?  If a large interval is configured there may be long time where there are file differences between what an endpoint has vs what SUM has.  By default it is set to 10 minutes but if this was set to say 4 hours, an endpoint could take up to 4 hours to pull the newest threat definitions that your SUM already has.  In that time it will continue to report as not up to date until it attempts an update and matches the SUM.
