OneDrive causing slow down, hard to find exclusions lists

Hello Sophos Community,

Am a bit newer to Sophos Endpoint Console, so bear with me here.  We have a group of users who operate using Microsoft OneDrive (and many more to come using it) and when they access OneDrive, their CPU Usage jumps tremendously.  This has been identified as being tied to Sophos as the culprit, as it doesn't do it with Sophos uninstalled.  We've been looking for exclusions or other methods to stop this scanning (Microsoft scans files on ONeDrive on their own side) and cannot.  Sophos support says call Microsoft.  Microsoft doesn't give out exclusions for it except for websites that need to be accessible.

Has anyone else found a way to exclude OneDrive files from scanning?  Or has anyone else experienced this type of CPU spike with OneDrive and Sophos 10.8 and found a way around it?

(Bear in mind I may need deeper details how you made it through this, as am still learning to navigate Sophos exception rules).

Thanks in advance,

Ken
