End device Name not shown in console

Hi Team,

Some of the end device is not shown in console and i have check the end point, Everything is upto date. This is only happened in Mac device.

Kindly help to resolve.

    Hello ,

    could be a communication problem. Please start with /Library/Logs/SophosMessageRouter/NetworkReport/ReportData.xml, it should indicate whether the Mac can find and connect to the management server. If the report does show a Current Parent Address the check the Router logs in /Library/Logs/SophosMessageRouter/. Otherwise check (using telnet for example) whether you can connect to ports 8192 and 8194 using the address or addresses from Parent address.
