Console up to date status

Guys,

At what point would the console mark a client as not up to date?

Considering the packageID-to-endpoint mapping in the ComputersAndDeletedComputers table, and multiple IDE file releases within say a 24 hour period, I would say that the console will not mark all the clients out of date straight away, when a new IDE file gets released and a given packageID becomes expired in the packages table.

Is there a threshold that is adjustable? And what is the default?
