SQL Report - Matrix mapping OperatingSystem DB entries to actual OS

Hi,

Can anyone point me to a matrix that maps the OperatingSytem attribute in SQL to the actual Operating System version?

The output is currently as below and i would like a definitive list of integers to OS so i can have a more human friendly and meaningful output

Operatingsystem  SAVVersion                  LastMessageTime

 40                      10.8.2 VE3.73.0           13/11/2018 14:15:57
