Application Control is not blocking Adobe Download Manager and Adobe Update Manager

Hi All,

Facing critical issue with bandwidth, Sophos is not blocking Adobe Download Manager and Adobe Update Manager. Whereas both are already in Blocked list under Application Control.

Please advise for the solution.

Hello Faisal,

I'm not using this Adobe stuff so I can't say if these Managers have been updated recently and aren't detected.
You'd have to identify the executables involved and submit them as samples to have the detection updated if necessary.
