Issue removing Sophos Web Intelligence

Having issues removing the Sophos Web Intelligence service

I have uninstalled all sophos software from control Panel and none are listed now

however "Sophos Web Intelligence service" is still listed in the services mmc

I've disabled the service

but can not delete C:\ProgramData\Sophos\Web Intelligence\swi_ifslsp_64.dll

Hi Andrew Iles,

I assume you removed the client properly or as mentioned in this KBA

But if you are just seeing just the single service in the client you may manually delete it, Check out this option from Microsoft
