throughput minimum for VPN IPSEC

I want to know where I find more detailed information about the XG, the issue is that I am in a tender and they ask me for an appliance that has a minimum throughput VPN IPSEC 9GB, the problem is that in the datasheet that I have only the total VPN throughput appears
