Web Control does not block youtube- Enterprise Console 5.5

Hello All,

I have enabled the Web Control feature for a set of groups however, the policy does not block youtube at all.

I've enabled Web Protection on the AV & HIPS policy, and also added; youtube.com and www.youtube.com to the block list on Web Control. Please see the attached images.

I am able to get to youtube still on the computers in this test group

Apologies,

Local admin has privileges. Once I log onto a domain user the site is blocked.
