Sophos AV compatibility with Microsoft 2018-2 monthly update (KB4074598)

Did you guys face any issue with Sophos Endpoint after updating to KB4074598 , 2018-02 monthly update ?

By looking to the below link, you can find that there is issue with the update in Antivirus :

Should I update without any worry ?
