Email appliance is having trouble connecting to sea-dynamic.sophos.com
When I tried pinging sea-dynamic.sophos.com the result is:
Pinging sophos.vo.llnwd.net [220.127.116.11] with 32 bytes of data:Request timed out.Request timed out.Request timed out.Request timed out.
I'm currently using 18.104.22.168 as my DNS:
22.214.171.124 <--- this is a network address.
Does anyone here having the same problem as mine?

This indicates a network connectivity issue. Do you have an upstream firewall? Make sure that sea-dynamic.sophos.com is not being blocked upstream. You can also run a telnet test to the update server using port 80 to ensure this port is open. Though please take note that changes are taking place to the update mechanism of the email appliance and switching over to HTTPS. The transition is now taking place.
