Quarantine email based on keyword in the subject.

I want to set up a policy that will quarantine emails that have been tagged by an external email service with the word "bulk" in the subject heading.

I have added a medium spam policy where the header value "Subject" contains a substring match "bulk". The rule should notify the recipient and a custom email address. Unfortunately rule is not working.

 

Any ideas?

    To detect external mail using keyword :

    Put this rule on top so that it doesn't get bypassed.

    You can also create an additional policy to detect bulk mail :

    Under Main Action, select quarantine.

    Under Additional Action, select notify.
