SEA Logs File Viewer delay

Hello,

 

we are running a virtual Appliance v4.2.0.3 and are experiencing 
a long delay in the log viewer.
It takes longer than 2 minutesto log entries show up after a mail is
processed by the sea.

Is this expected behavior?

    Hi Bernhard,

    There is a job that scraps the log files and populates the data into the database.  

    This job runs every few minutes so you should not expect the log search to populate instantly..   Other factors like "email-load" or scheduled jobs may cause a slight pause.  Normally the UI should update between 1-2 mins to a max of about 5-6 mins.
