Adding dkim settings to ES1100

We currently use 3 physical ES1100 email gateways in a cluster and are trying to add the dkim settings to the boxes

DNS records internally and externally created ok and tested

When it comes to adding settings to ES1100, after having encrypted private key, get error "RSA key is invalid."

Anyone got any ideas as this is causing issues?

Sophos - do you have any better help files?

    Hi Paul,

    I had the same problem, you need to ensure you include -----BEGIN RSA PRIVATE KEY----- at the beginning of the key and -----END RSA PRIVATE KEY----- at the end of the key. This is the ASCII armor that is required.

    Once you add these you should be able to add the key
