Virtual mail appliance hangs on login

Weird one but our virtual email appliance has started hanging when trying to login, after a few minutes we get a "504 Gateway Timeout" message. The appliance it self is working, mail is being processed correctly, we just can't get into the web admin on it. We've restarted the appliance but it's still not happy. Any ideas?

  • Thanks Aiman. We actually waited about an hour and eventually the login completed and we were taken into the webadmin page, from there we found that there was another old decommissioned virtual mail appliance that hadn't been removed from the cluster, once we removed this then we can now login normally. It seems that this appliance was trying to communicate with the decommissioned one during login (?). Anyway, all sorted :)
