Unable to install Sopphos Puremessage 4.0.3 - Exchange 2013 = Error 1603

Hi,

This morning i try to update our version of Puremessage From 4.0.2 to 4.0.3 to resolve an issue with Exchange 2013 and i always got an error.

i decided to uninstall, reboot and try to do a clean installation of the version 4.0.3 but now i receive error 1603 during the installation.

Setup encountered an error while gathering system information for the server installation.

Error details: COM error-code 0x80004005 : Erreur non spécifiée
MSI (s) (74!AC) [12:04:09:013]: Product: Sophos PureMessage -- Setup encountered an error while gathering system information for the server installation.
