Spam policy based on recipient validation check

Is there a way to filter inbound emails in the Sophos Email Appliance (Software engine v4.5.1.1) based on the number of rejected email addresses?

Let's say email contains 100 recipients, 50 of those email addresses fail the recipient validation. At this point message gets automatically quarantined and it's not delivered to the valid recipients. If the number of invalid addresses is less than 50 message gets delivered.

Any help will be appreciated.

    Unfortunately, this kind of configuration is not available as of now. I am not sure if that would be a feasible idea as well since the code to do that will require to check the configured count and check each message against it.
