Sophos Central Quarantine Release Feature

Hello

 

I have a quick question regarding Quarantine Digest on Sophos Central Email. How does the user release emails from Quarantine? Do they get a release hyperlink in Quarantine Digest Summary email to release quarantined mail?

 

My requirement is to release the quarantined mails by just one click and should not require additional user login to self service page.

 

Is it possible?

    Hi Prabha With Sophos Central Email the user receives a quarantine digest mail that contains hyperlinks to both release or delete individual messages from the email itself. They are then taken to a web page confirming the action has completed. Greg
