Sophos Outlook Add-In immediately creates draft item

Hi,

 

Last week we implemented the Sophos Outlook Add-In for Spam Report functionality in Outlook 2016 (version: 16.0.4639.1000).

Since then, when users create a New E-Mail, Outlook immediately creates a draft of the E-Mail. This does not happen when we disable the Sophos Outlook Add-In.

 

Is it possible to fix this, or is this by design? It is very annoying for our users.

    We are experiencing the same behavior. This also creates issues with some people unable to send messages when this draft is instantly synched to a mobile device. Fixing would be preferable!

    I had a look into this issue and it seems the behavior is changed when the plugin is installed.   Unfortunately I can not open a development ticket on your behalf.. however I do recommend that you open a  support ticket.  From what I can tell there was a new version of the plug in and this may not be the intended effect. 

     

    simply installing and uninstalling proves the behavior change.
