[Sophos Notification] Cyberoam UTM: Webcat Signature Version is "Not Available"

Hi Everyone,

Cyberoam UTM: Webcat Signature Version is sometimes showing "Not Available" for some customers in some countries. To determine if you are affected, please check your dashboard.

Sophos is actively investigating to resolve this issue, apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Hello,

I'm still have Not Available in webcat, websites don't load and updates have failed status, what can I do to fix it ?

Dear Team,

Still we are facing the same issue in cyberoam box 25ing . Some times web cat signature is showing not available and category is showing none. Could you please help me to resolve the issue.
