Cyberoam50ING sso authentication fail second VLAN.

Hello!

I have a 2 VLAN run on Cyberoam 50ING device.My problem is I can see VLAN1 users on the CTAS but I can't see VLAN2 users.I have shared information about the structure below. I need see all VLAN user on the CTAS.Please help me..

VLAN1 192.168.1.0 Contents.

  • Cybeoram           192.168.1.1
  • Server 2012 DC   192.168.1.10
  • VLAN1 users        192.168.1.∼

VLAN2 192.168.35.0 Contents.

  • VLAN2 users      192.168.35.∼

 

I see VLAN2 Users Workstation ip allways 192.168.1.1

  • Hi Serkan,

    It does seem like the information on your machine states that the authentication occured on that address. You may check on the Event Viewer and check for Event 4768 if the information is corrent . Otherwise you may install one more ADS or remove the NAT between the two so the AD can log the events accordingly so the CTAS would pick up that information and pass it on to Cyberoam.
