Challenge with my Cyberoam appliance

Hello All

I currently use Cyberoam NG Firewall CR 100iNG in my network which has been working perfectly okay before now. But of recent I have been experiencing a time out on my primary WAN port and once this happens, the WAN fail over rule does not take place hence shorting down my whole network until I power cycle the cyberoam appliance.

 

Please has anyone experienced this or has a way out. It will greatly appreciated
