As innovative new products arrive to market it makes sense to transition previous generation products. This End of Life (EoL) process begins with an End of Sales (EoS) announcement where the product is no longer available for purchase but is still supported.

Usually, after a period of years, the product is officially EoL when it is no longer supported. To make this process transparent, Cyberoam will proactively announce dates for End of Sale and End of Life stages of its products along with the available migration path.

  • End-of-Life includes all Cyberoam Network Security Appliances (even devices running SFOS).

Customers with subscriptions that go beyond the EOL date can transfer them over to a new XG Series appliance. There are promos in place in most regions to support the transition, please reach out to your local Sophos Distributor or Account Manager for further assistance.

  • Hi ,

Can Cyberoam Appliance running SFOS  under valid contact support  to get updates and openning TAC after 31/03/2021

     thank you

  • All Cyberoam appliances will be End-of-Life on March 31, 2021. That date represents the end-of-support for those devices.

Customers with subscriptions that go beyond the EOL date can transfer them over to a new XG Series appliance. There are promos in place in most regions to support the transition, please reach out to your local Sophos Distributor or Account Manager for further assistance.

  • Sophos did change the EoL Date for all remaining Cyberoam devices to 31 March 2021. What will happen with devices that e.g. have a active subscription until December 2021, with respect to RMA, Support and Signature Updates. A assume that Sophos will continue to support these devices until the subscription is expired? Please clarify!
