RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) 6 and 7

How to find/create/generate the RPM for the client agent to update the agent on multiple endpoints to correspond with the latest installed version of Sophos Endpoint Security and Control. Also include Puppet deployment instructions.

I'm not sure I understand you correctly. Endpoints update both AV definitions and software during the automatic or manual updates. So once SAV is installed you don't have to use a package for updating.

Anyway, for creation of deployment packages there's mkinstpkg.

Thank you for the reply. I am new to Sophos but my counterpart has stated that the endpoint versions are not being updated automatically. Is this a setting that isn't configured or are we experiencing some other issue?

Hello ISSA_SESC,

there's no setting. The current version for Linux is 9.15.0, to check if it is really available in the CID use View → Bootstrap locations ...
According to the Release Notes it's out since July/August.
