SOPHOS Access Points Not Getting Synced to Sophos XG115 on Same Networkhaving license of 15 AP but only 10 are synced

I am facing issue of SOPHO Access Points out of 15 only 10 Access points are synced on same network.

Hi,

There is any router between UTM and the AP?

If so you will have to create a route.

If is all on same network, i went through this process to find out what was going wrong

The procedure if helpfull, a few other times even i went through all that process nothing was working so i literally connected the APs under a Sophos RED and they were recognized instanly (sort of a bug)

PD:Make sure you put the Sophos RED is on the LAN zone and the "LAN" is added on the Global settings from Wireless Settings
