Anyone having issues with Licencing portal (MySophos)

I have been trying to log into the MySophos portal to resister my first XG license for the past 2 days and every time I get a 500 error. I can log into the community and my old UTM portal but can't get the new portal working. Is anyone else having problems or have any advise to fix. My local partner does could not help me with this problem. Thanks
