I'd like to announce that we are adding a new forum to the community with a specific focus on malware. Malware is unfortunately something our customers and ourselves have to think about every day, and we hope this area can shed some light on how we deal with malicious software and how you can protect yourself from it.
Monitoring this new forum will be Peter Mackenzie, our Global Malware Escalation Manager. Peter has been with the company since 2011 and excels in providing customers with easy to understand information so they can stay safe. Peter is based out of the UK and will be monitoring the community daily, so please stop in, say hello and ask any questions you may have. This community will be a 3 month beta trial with the possibility of becoming permanent.

I am not sure how to find information on how to manually remove a virus on my Mac. The only info I can seem to find is regarding the removal on a PC. I did a scan with my Sophos Home software and it detected a Troj/SEO-A virus. I cannot find information on how remove it. Can anyone help?
I have come accross an issue antivirus for the Mac which is really giving trouble to the users as using the antivirus may slow down the system which is a big problem. You can check errorcode0x.com/.../ for any kind of help.
