Documentation always seems to assume a depth of knowledge that is likely missing to most people due to the complexity and large range of components that makes up the various Sophos Solutions.
You have to remember that most people using your products will only be spending about 1 or 2% of thier time looking at it so links to some more info would be appreciated so they can make better judgements on how to respond to things.
