A Knowledgebase article covering 'unknown threats' or please stop relocating the knowledgebase to generic advice.

https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000039039?language=en_US has no specific new location even though the community.sophos page is where you are directed to as the new location. Going to said page you find generalised advise that doesn't cover 'unknown' threats or how to deal with them. Reading through the generalised advise none seem to mention or apply to these threat types. Can this be addressed as I have devices I am unsure how to action now as a result of Sophos' knowledgebase constantly being relocated.

  • We have moved the content of the article to doc.sophos.com/.../index.html, which has information on dealing with specific types of threats like ransomware, exploits PUA's etc. to avoid duplicate information on our platform. Our product has Deep learning that can automatically detect threats, particularly new and unknown threats that have not been seen before. It uses machine learning and does not depend on signatures.
