Pop-ups are allowed in the browser.

May I ask which video you’re trying to view? If you can share the URL with me either here or via direct message, I can try to replicate this on my end as well. 

If you can share some additional information on the steps/navigation you're following that results in this message being displayed, that may help.

That is the video its trying to play.

1) the person clicked on a link in our pfisching campaign.

2) The person received the email requiring them to take the course

3) They clicked on the link provided in the email and the browser opened with the first page of the lesson.

3) They clicked on the next - > button and thats when the video was blocked.

Posting the link to the video got my community account banned for spam... :-P  I'd like to thank the support team for correcting that and giving me access again.
