About 2 weeks ago I stopped getting copies of phishing emails reported by users using the Outlook Plug-in. I checked the Phishing settings > Report Message Add-in for Outlook and it still has the email address in there that they have been going to for over a year. I would even get a copy if I submitted a report myself. I can see in my Outlook Sent Items box that the emails I report are being sent to Sophos. But no copy ever comes back to me.
Has anyone else seen this behavior?

This issue is fixed so it might be something else happening or if it is the same issue GES would need to investigate why it still affecting you.
Thanks for that followup... the fix seems to have resolved the issue I was seeing, which makes sense because it did sound like it was the same. I'm now seeing copies of emails submitted to Sophos as phishing.
