Yesterday the report message button was broken before returning in the afternoon. In the early hours of the morning the button broke again and now none of the campaigns can be seen.
I assume you have a High Availability system and can serve links from more than a single instance. But I also know that s@@t happens and you can't account for every eventuality. You're also heavily reliant on AWS services that you've built phish threat on top of.
You should offer a Service Status page within the portal so your customers can see the status of each of their services. It will reduce your support overhead and customer frustration.
