Apologies for the forum blast today but I am also curious as to how this sites on the hypervisor level? It seems that security VM simply sits on the VM management network and scans the applicable VMs from that location. I don't see any hypervisor/VMWare requirement anywhere other than using VCenter to install the security VM. Is there any detailed documentation on how this new solution uses the hypervisor rather than a traditional client/server design.
