Mac showing unmanaged in Enterprise Console

Installed sophos using the Server share \\ servername\SophosUpdate\CIDs\S000\ESCOSX it install but when i look at enterprise console it shows unmanaged.

any ideas

Using enterprise console 5.3.1 server 2012

Mac os 10.10.4

firewall is off on Mac

When you say "shows unmanaged", what do you mean exactly?

In Enterprise console you have the Managed computers and the Unmanaged the mac computer computer showing sophos was unmanaged even through it was installed from the server share. I was able to fix by removing everything sophos from the mac then reinstalling from the server share.
