DataBackupRestore failed

Hi,

I've searched a few querires like this on here but couldn't find the solution.

I'm migrating to a new server (from Windows 2008 to Windows 2012)

I have installed the new console and taken backup of the old 2008 server. I've gotten to point 10 on the Sophos Enterprise Console Server to server migration guide. (http://www.sophos.com/en-us/medialibrary/PDFs/documentation/sec_52_mgeng.pdf )DatabackupRestore backup is failing on the new server with the below message:
