EM Reporter Viewer error. "Failed to export the report" when attempting to export PDF report from SEC 5.2.2

I am unable to export reports to PDF format from the Sophos Management Server or from any other additional SEC console. Exporting to other report formats work fine BUT NOT PDF.

How can I fix this?

THIS IS THE PROBLEM:
Windows Update KB3102429 Does not play well with Crystal Reports for - Microsoft Community:

SOLUTION:
Remove this patch and all previous functionality returns.
