Hello Pravin Ghadigaonkar,

first of all, please see in How to contribute and participate the How to verify or reject an answer section. Neither is your reply with error messages nor this last reply a suggested (i.e. possible) answer or a solution.

The Update Manager can't write to the \SophosUpdate\ share for whatever reason. BTW - why did you configure an additional share with the IP 192.168.131.35 in addition to the default \\SOPHOS\SophosUpdate?
Details of the error should be in the SUMTrace20200918....log in %ProgramData%\Sophos\Update Manager\Logs\. Please see How to insert images/videos/files into a thread or reply on how to attach the log to your post.

could you give some more details what Sophos server not updated is? What is not updated, where do you see this? Please provide a screenshot if possible.
